Just discovered this guys music, made some quality music from what ive found…
I thought it would be a good idea for me to jot down on here what ive done exercise wise what ive done on here to keep a log so here it goes, from last nights gym session:
25 minutes cross trainer
20 minute run on some stupid treadmill program which took me up what seemed like mount everest
15 minutes on the bike
Quite a lame session to be honest but I was still aching from Saturdays and the treadmill killed me, 7.0% incline kills the calfs!
